Sterling silver heart hand engraved with a tattoo style font that reads "SACRED". Back is fully closed. Comes on a cord with silver ends and lobster catch. Pick from 3 different lengths and your choice of nylon or rubber cord. Heart measures about 1 1/4" tall. High polished with light antique to show detail.
