What is Sterling silver?

Sterling silver is a term used in the industry for high quality silver. "Fine" or "pure" silver is much too soft to use in most jewelry applications so it is combined with other metals/alloys to add strength and durability. The most popular and widely used alloy is copper, 7.5% is added and hence you get 92.5% of fine silver. This is why you often see .925 marked on your jewelry. Keep in mind anyone can stamp your piece .925, in some countries standards can be very low and they will still stamp the piece, so beware! On this site everything listed is of the highest quality (guaranteed) and each piece is stamped with my patent markings and of course... .925!

How do I care for my jewelry?

With proper care your silver can last a lifetime. To minimize scratches and other damage store your silver in the pouch that is included with your purchase or your own jewelry box. Avoid exposing your silver with harsh household chemicals such as bleach or ammonia and though water will not harm your piece I feel it is always better to keep it dry to avoid possible spotting or dullness. Care should also be taken to prevent tarnish build-up, a dulling that naturally occurs when silver reacts with sulfur in the air. Along with the pouch I will also include a small polish cloth which is specially treated. All you have to do is periodically rub the inner cloth on the metal to keep it nice and shiny. Probably the biggest misconception about silver is that it will just turn black...That is simply not going to happen unless something (like harsh chemicals) gets on it.

What if something breaks?

With a strong background in repair I want you to feel confident you will have a piece that will last. Should something break under normal wear, I will repair or replace your item within 30 days free of charge, after that a nominal fee may apply. Please email me first.

What is your return policy?

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your jewelry please email me within 10 days upon receiving your order and I will exchange or refund the purchase price, less shipping cost. Packages must be returned prepaid, I will not accept c.o.d deliveries. Please email me first and let me know when the item was shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $5.00 flat fee on most size orders within the United States. Items will be sent  USPS priority mail and I cover the insurance charge. Most orders will ship within 3 days of payment and should arrive to you in 2-5 business days. (This applies to orders in the United States only). I make no guarantees on the shipping time since it really is out of my control once the postal service has it. I am more than happy to ship overnight if you contact me to make payment arrangements first.
See Below for information regarding shipping outside of the US.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes, I will ship internationally. Shipping anywhere outside of the United States is a flat $10.00(US) fee.
Most orders will ship within 3 days of payment and will be sent Priority International mail.
I cannot guarantee shipping times as they vary from 1-3 weeks on average and unfortunately
tracking is not available. If you prefer a different shipping method please just contact me before
placing your order.

I want to buy a gift for someone, can you send it to them directly?

Absolutely! Make sure to include the entire address and the persons full name who you would like it to be shipped to. Please put any comments or instructions in the area for notes to me at checkout.
If you are sending me an order form just make it clear somewhere on the form.

How can I figure out my ring size?

The most simple way is to visit your local jeweler. They will be able to quickly and easily fit you and most are happy to do it. You can also see our ring sizing chart, it may be of some help if you are not able to get to someone locally.

Do you take special orders?

Because I am trying to focus on making the Sacred line bigger and better, I cannot take custom orders. You can certainly contact me with your request and I will try to help you with it. If you see something about a certain piece on the site you just want to change a bit, that may be possible.

My size has been sold, can it be ordered?

I am making every effort to keep a variety of sizes available, if something has been sold that you are interested in just mail me and I will give you an idea of how long it would take to make for you. If you would like a size that is not listed, please mail me and I will do my best to see if it is possible for that style.

Please feel free to mail me with any other questions you might have.
